The awesomeness of kids!!!!  Don’t you just love how natural they can be, especially when still quite young?!  the things they do, totally unconcerned for what others think or say!! I think it’s wonderful !  Savuti is one such example – I have had the privilege of knowing her and her family since she was still very young, and so, have watched her grow, and develop, from a distance, over the years.    She was somewhat shy and reserved, but has now totally come into herself – she is funny, she’s  cheeky in the best possible way, but she also has a certain intensity about her …   These are some candid shots I captured of her whilst doing a family shoot on the farm a few months back ….  Above – she found the bag of props and proceeded to play “dress up”

and of course … fun in the hay.  Why not!?

Looking through images such as these, makes one realise the importance of capturing these candid moments, why it means so much, and after all, children do grow up so fast…..
